haha! i wore a red nike shirt borrowed from anna and a white tennis skirt belonging to jx's sister... but then later i changed to another white skirt, this time belonging to anna. and i wore red socks and red laces!!!! haha. i just like them SO much. lol. and i used two red rubberbands (as in the ones to tie hair) to tie my hair. but not in two buns lah. one above and one below.
had to perform so i was wearing my brown chinese costume remember. when i was queuing up for assembly my form teacher mr low came to me and said, "tanya, today not racial harmony day you know." waliao. obviously. duh. very funny. HAHA. not. when i told jx just now she said, "you should have given him a serious, panicked look and said 'oh no, mr low, i forgot!! how??' " lol. although she didn't say that in those words exactly. argh. you won't understand. i have to imitate his way of saying it. hmph. ask me next time to imitate for you. lol. oh wells. his dressing wasn't that great either. i won't use any slanderous words here.
we screwed the "recollections" performance. oh well. i'm a great president.
we celebrated national day with a quiz (while i was changing back to normal clothes) and then the inter-house rap and dance competition. cooke won!!! woohoo!! hmph. but the standards really dropped when we first came. i'm talking about all the different houses. oh wells.
we had a mass sing-along session. wow. it's only at this time of the year that the whole school joins in whole-heartedly to sing national day songs. well. i'm very patriotic. and very enthusiastic. jumped a bit. waved my flag. screamed. sang my lungs out.haha. oh wells. i was thinking, "propaganda". but nevermind. that's the only way to keep singapore together. haha.
the teachers had a surprise item. but there was a false start. so it wasn't that nice anymore. they did the "reach for the stars" mtv thingy. ms doreen yeo (eldds teacher i/c) imitated rui en and MR LOW was taufik. OMG. no wonder he was dressed so weirdly. haha. i won't say how he did the item. seriously funny. he'll never hear the end of it when school reopens. lol.
then had boring geog elec extra lesson. was so tired. just stoned a bit, interpreted a bit of the map, etc.
went to town. had quite a bit of fun with jx, mich, clarissa k. and amanda. went to taka to eat then went to heeren and took neoprints after queuing goodness knows how long. er. it was more fun than it sounds but i'm not gonna say what we did. lol. so crazy. haha.
then went jx's hse and slacked/stoned/spaced out. then we walked around her neighbourhood and when we came back we ate popiah. we made them ourselves. bad idea. our popiahs kept falling apart. haha! and dripping too!! lol. yuck. then walked jx's ex-classmate rui ting to her house and jx, mich and i walked ALL THE WAY back to another bus stop. and after we crossed the road jx suddenly saw a guy on a bicycle coming towards us. he was wearing black and jx said "so scary" and that guy suddenly said "eeaaargh". like pretending to scare us. and i seriously freaked cos previously i had no idea what happened, didn't even hear what jx had said and didn't see the guy. waliao. so embarrassing can. i hugged mich. lol. well i was TRYING to but she squirmed away. hey. i am straight ok. lol. took 852 with mich. she was supposed to get off at the amk jack's place bus stop but got off too early. then i got off at salvation army and walked home.
